All transactions on the Hello Raw website are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe has undergone rigorous audits by a PCI-certified auditor and holds the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the highest standard in the payments industry.

Secure Connections:
Hello Raw uses HTTPS and HSTS to ensure secure connections. Stripe enforces HTTPS for all services, including their public website and dashboard.

Stripe.js Security:
Stripe’s official libraries connect to their servers over TLS, verifying TLS certificates for each connection.

Regular Audits and Compliance:
Stripe conducts regular audits of their implementation, including the certificates and ciphers used. They employ HSTS to ensure all interactions occur over HTTPS and are included on HSTS preloaded lists for major browsers like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Data Encryption:
All sensitive data, including card numbers, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Decryption keys are stored separately, ensuring that internal servers cannot access plaintext card numbers. Stripe’s infrastructure for handling card information operates in a secure, isolated environment, separate from their main services.
